To maximize parking capacities on campus, please fill out the parking request form below.

All parking requests should be made no later than 3:00 pm one business day prior. Earlier requests, up to one month in advance, are greatly appreciated. Same-day emergency requests must be made by calling the Parking Request phone line at 508-289-7530 (7:30 am - 4:30 pm) first, and then followed up with the parking request form below. Last minute requests will be assigned in lots with availability, and notification of lot assignment will be emailed once space is reserved.

Requests submitted prior to 3:00 pm on business days will be responded to by the end of that day with an email acknowledgment when request is complete; requests submitted after 3:00 pm or on weekends or holidays, will be responded to by noon of the next business day.  Cancellations of granted requests must be made by emailing parking@mbl.edu.
