The 小蓝视频 commemorates Juneteenth鈥攖he oldest nationally celebrated commemoration of the ending of slavery in the United States鈥攚ith a series of activities and programming to celebrate this special day recognizing June 19, 1865, the day the Emancipation Proclamation was finally enforced in Texas, the last of the seceding states to be occupied by the federal army. 听
