С����Ƶ is committed to fostering new knowledge and securing the benefits of that knowledge for public dissemination and its own long-term well being.  Because patentable inventions and other discoveries requiring intellectual property protection often arise from the collaborative nature of the investigations undertaken in our laboratories, С����Ƶ has developed a policy and governing procedures that protect inventions, discoveries, or other work products that manifest an idea that could be copyrighted, patented, or otherwise commercially made available.
